    It turned out great. The first time I made it as the recipe said and felt it was missing something. The second time I added 3/4 tsp of vanilla and that was definitely a plus. The third time I think is my favorite. The third time I added about a tablespoon (somewhere between 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons) of fresh lemon juice to the milk and let it curdle slightly (making a buttermilk) and also added the vanilla. It gave it a slight lemon flavor without it being in your face lemon blueberry.

    I’ll let you know.Its baking right now. I wish I had to rad the reviews first because I would add banana or try strawberries. Next time!! I ran out of flour so I had to use a cup of coconut flour. Hope it turns out ok!! Also added some flax corn meal for a healthy tasteless addition. Don’t tell hubby because he won’t eat it if he knows!!! Lol
