For me the bake time was all off. Forty minutes initially and then 10-15 minutes for the second baking at 350° was too long. My biscotti started to burn, and I ended up very frustrated. Next time I’ll try 30 minutes at 350° for the first bake and then reduce the heat to 325° for the second as I’ve seen other recipes do. I’m not ready to give up on the recipe yet but am not sure it will be a keeper.

Definitely delicious!! Made mine with dried cranberries and almond flakes. Will be making this again soon
