    It was a very easy recipe to make. And the only changes I made were I added cream cheese and diced bell peppers. Everyone loved it!

    Made it for my family for our annual back to school “breakfast for dinner” meal and it was a big hit. My husband said it was definitely better than Cracker Barrel’s! Accurate name!! And it couldn’t have been easier!

    This recipe is perfect! Sooooooo good!
    This was delicious. Little hard to mix up. Use a very large bowl. Well worth it. Baked at 375.

    Turned out really well. It was slightly oily/greasy, but I will alter the butter amount, or add extra hash browns next time. Will definitely make it again.

    Turned out great! I may let the potatoes thaw for a bit. Also, mixing frozen potatoes by hand was different. I would recommend a mixer (I have a kitchenaid and mixed on 1 until fully mixed). Halfed the onion because it was large. Potatoes were not as soft as I would personally like, so next time I may thaw (recipe didn’t say thaw and if so, I overlooked it). Flavor was spot on and would just make adjustments based on personal taste. If you are looking for something quick and maybe your first time taking a go at Hash-brown casserole, I would recommend this recipe as it is first. Then tweak for your personal preference.

    Yum. Doubled recipe. Sauteed onions before baking so they were soft. Was a little greasy, would use half the butter (didn't double butter).

    It did come out fine and was easy to put together but I think I like another recipe I have that uses sour cream.
