This is so good, you guys! I never would have come up with this combination of ingredients, but lo and behold, it comes out with the flavor, color, and texture of real meatloaf. I even made some substitutes based on what I had at home (mozzarella instead of Swiss, ricotta instead of cottage cheese, and pecans instead of walnuts) — still good! One word of advice would be, don’t skip the herbs. The meatloaf derives a lot of its flavor from the herbs. Great comfort food!

It was delicious! It held together and was substantial. I made a mushroom gravy. I will definitely make it again.

First time making a nutloaf. We used Gruyère Swiss cheese and It was sooo tasty! We'll be adding this to our rotation for sure. I think it would make a great holiday dish as well.

LOVE, LOVE, Loved this. New family favorite. We added a glaze on top (like a meatloaf glaze) and that made it even yummier!

A bit fussy to make but so so worth it! Makes a very large loaf- so I baked it in a 9x13 pan and it worked perfectly
