    The amount of garlic it calls for ends up giving the steaks an overpowering garlic flavor, and this is coming from a person who loves garlic and relishes any opportunity to use it while cooking. I really, REALLY love rosemary, so I was disappointed that the garlic completely muted any rosemary flavor. I did like how the marinade was more of a paste consistency once it settled on the meat. I prefer that over drowning meat in liquid. I still want to try this again, only with fewer cloves of garlic. Please keep in mind that tastes are subjective, so you might disagree with my opinion. This review is in no way an attempt to discourage anyone from trying it. ❤️
