Accidental OD: So I went a lil crazy with the serano because its all I had available. I love the heat but my party guests would not be pleased, LOL, (lightweights). since i used the last of my mangos I added one vine tomatoe and 1/4 cup of yellow and orange bellpeppers to cut the heat. DELICIOUS! Will absolutely make again in the immediate future!

I added orange and pineapple to this recipe for more zing! Some grated fresh ginger for a little bite and bring out the freshness of lime!
