    Disappointed I needed to double the recipe for a 9x13 pan and it turned into a cake instead of yummy lemon bars a bit bummed- my husband tells me all the time to admit defeat and accept I just can’t make lemon bars (facepalm)

    Very lemony but very buttery and sugary. Definitely not for the faint of heart! Makes a lot - would make half the amount next time u less feeding a crowd.
