Perfect. I did dissolve sugar in water on stove (simple syrup) before mixing with lemon juice. Definitely a keeper.
9/25: 2 cups of lemon juice, 1 1/2 cups sugar dissolved in 1 cup water, rest of water to fill pitcher.

First time made exactly to recipe. Extremely tart. Second time used less lemon juice and more water. came out great.

Really good lemonade recipe. Not overly sweet or bitter. Took us about six large lemons to get the fresh lemon juice we needed.
