This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve made it.
I only cracked it the first time, second time I used a roasting pan with water and it turned out like a picture!

OMG!!! I have to say I love cheesecake and have made many and I mean many in the past and bought many in the past like I said in the past cause I will not be buying or making any other ever again this is hands down the BEST CHEESECAKE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! It was PERFECT I would give it a 10 if they gave us that many stars!!!

I made this cheesecake recently, and I have to say, and everyone in the family agrees, that it is excellent. I think it is cooking it in the water bath that makes the difference. I was on vacation with my two daughters and grandchildren, and the oldest wanted to make a cheesecake, so we found these directions, got the ingredients, and the house we were in had the big roasting pan. I will make it again. Very tasty and moreso the next two days.

my mother-in-law makes a really good cheesecake, so I was nervouse to make this one for my husbands birthday when everyone was in town..... it was a hit! everyone loved it!! I also followed the advice on how to cool it down to avoid cracks and it looked beautiful! well worth the wait! PS: I did add 2 tbsp of lemon juice to give it a hint of lemony flavor

My family absolutely loved this!! You don’t need as much graham crackers as written and you need more butter. Don’t crush them in anything other than a food processor. You can eat it plain and it will still be delicious. :)

Baked this cheesecake last night. Tried many recipes, but this is the best. I cooked lunch today for the family. I brought my cheesecake for dessert. My Mom asked where did you buy this cheesecake? I decorated my cheesecake with strawberries and blueberries, excellent presentation.
My whole entire family loved it. My nephew told me to keep the recipe. My husband and I loved it too. very creamy. I cut the sugar to 3/4 cup.
For the crust, I added pecans. All my friends are asking for the recipe. 😀👋

This recipe is amazing! I used to use the recipe on the cream cheese packet but this recipe was way better!!!! It came out creamy and not too sweet. Everyone loved it

It was awesome! One of the easiest cheesecake recipes I’ve ever made! I did bake it a bit longer than it said, but it was no problem.

although it was confusing with the sugar my father explained that the first 3 ingredients are indeed the crust and the last ones are the filling. i spoke too soon i am a dummy and last night my family raved about this cheesecake. love it!! and forgive my bad review due to the ingredients break down. im a fool ;)

This is the best cheesecake I’ve ever made. Also, be sure to click on the links for the sauces/toppings near the bottom of the recipe. The blueberry is to die for!

My whole family loved it, i will be making again and again! (i added 5 tbsp. of flour, 4 tbsp. instead of 2 tsp. of vanilla extract and cinnamon to the crust)

I made this recipe for my daughter’s birthday and the whole family loved it. I was thrilled my first attempt at a New York style cheesecake was so successful. I definitely plan to make it again.
