    My family really enjoyed I added cinnamon to the wet ingredients. Pancakes were very fluffy and light.

    These are great buttermilk pancakes. I really like the texture, pillowy soft, not rubbery and tasteless. Another easy way to use up extra buttermilk.

    I reduced the sugar by one tablespoon and cut the baking soda in half. Still light and fluffy but no soapy taste from the baking soda. Might just be the brand of baking soda we use but all good!

    I really enjoyed the pancakes. So easy to make. I added shredded coconut to the batter. I will add chocolate chips next time.
