I Made this twice. The first was a bit dense. The second, I added an additional 1/8 - 1/4 cup of water and it was fine. I made cinnamon rolls with the extra dough.
I added a teaspoon of sugar too with the water and yeast.

My first time ever making pizza dough! It definitely wasn’t my first time making dough though so this wasn’t much different except trying to make the actual pizza which was a hoot haha! I loved how easy this recipe was but it called for sugar and yet there was no measurement on how much to add so I just went with another review that said they added 1-1/2 tsp of sugar and that’s what I did and I tried another reviewer said they added garlic salt in place of the salt measurement and I did that as well! So I used 1-1/2tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of garlic salt (in place of the kosher salt) and I also added a tsp of Italian seasoning! I love how you can add whatever seasonings you want to this! Next time I’d add more garlic salt and ital seasoning maybe a few other things!
***Also, this dough is super forgiving!!! I messed up quite a few times and got some parts super thin and had to fold it back over and try and roll it back out! Came out really great! Awesome fun recipe easy to make and add your own spices to it to make it fun and tasty! Will make again with a few adjustments but perfect basic recipe to get you started!

Perfect! Yet I added 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar. That one item was omitted from the ingredients.

I hate baking. I hate measuring and having to be precise. I hate getting dough all over my hands.
With all that said, this was easy and fantastic and I’ll make it again in the near future.

I think this turned out exactly how it was supposed to! Some people need to pay more attention to the title before they rate this recipe!

was okay, i think it needs more oil or some butter in the mix,was more like bread the dough crust. i would definitely increase the salt and add some garlic. pretty tasteless.
