Decent. It's a bit of effort with not as much of a flavor payoff as I'd like. I wish my toddler liked it more.

Super yummy! The hardest part was hollowing out the zucchini. Other than that it was easy and quick to make. It was surprisingly filling, too.

Delicious. It is a tasty low carb option. I would like to try it with other proteins - ground turkey or chicken, Italian sausage. I will definitely make it again.
