So, the ribs are still in the oven at this writing. This is the second time I’m preparing them. Very easy to prepare, just make the sauce and cove ribs, put in oven. They turn out fall of the bone tender and delicious. I love short ribs and this is our go to recipe.

This recipe was really easy and quite delicious. The meat fell off the bone. My husband and I really enjoyed this meal. I served the short ribs with green beans ,potato salad and corn bread.
