It was really good without the beans. I think it would be trash with beans in it but I don't like beans. Maybe if you are a person that likes beans you might think it is really good with beans in it.

Good! Used pinto beans and added sour cream and salsa to beef mixture. Used a pack of taco seasoning too.

It was soo good instead of enchilada sauce I used tomato sauce and fajita powder

These are beefy goodness! I made the enchiladas sauce, too. Followed the recipe as written. If you’re in a hurry, use canned enchilada sauce.

So tasty! I did one batch with mild and one with medium sauce. The medium is a favorite for me.

Excellent!! I forgot the black beans and no one noticed! Maybe next time I'll add a can of rotel?!

Excellent, I added Fiesta beans by Hanover and seasoned the beef with Saxon complete- this rocked

Tasty and easy, too! I added some spices (chili powder, dried cilantro, cumin) to bump up the flavor. I made more of the meat and black bean mixture so we can use the leftovers for tacos tomorrow. I’ll definitely make this again!

My husband bought flour tortillas rather than corn tortillas. I’m glad he made that mistake, because I dislike enchiladas. In addition, I put lettuce, tomatoes, & extra enchilada sauce on top of the burrito. They would have been great without the toppings, but I very much prefer them. It’s definitely a do over, and it was so SOOOO tasty!!! 😋😋😋😋

I made with the enchilada sauce from the recipe instead of using store bought. I think that made a huge difference since it wasn't tomato based. They were delicious! My husband said they tasted like they were from a restaurant, which is high praise from someone from Texas. I would recommend and definitely will make again!

They were good ... we even threw in cheese when rolling the corn tortillas (father has made enchiladas before but it was years ago, but he remembers that corn tortillas work best) to help keep them together this is how what it looked like ... definitely recommend many others to make this if they enjoy Mexican food

It was a good one for us! The only thing I did different was lay the tortillas out flat, put the filling in, and tortilla on top. Instead of rolling each one. Also skipped the green chilies.
