Delicious! Used a pillsbury crust and baked at 400 for 8 minutes or so used skim or 1%milk and low fat cheese. I also increaed the temperature to 375 and it was done in 30 minuted. Topped with fresh garden roasted tomatoes. Will definitely make this again. Sautéed leeks and partially cooked spinach in the microwave for about 28 seconds was good too. I did use 6 eggs because my quiche pan is a bit bigger than a pie plate

Taste was good but had to bake it 30 minutes longer than the time in the recipe

Tasty and versatile! Like that you can use milk rather than cream which I have never tried before.

Great basic recipe. I used a 9.5 inch pie plate so I just added 3 more eggs and two tablespoons of water. It’s an easy adaptable recipe. Thanks!

It came out good! I didn’t bake my crust all the way before putting the eggs in it, but it still tasted very good!

Needed little longer to bake but was extremely excited to try my hand at making a quiche

I make this all the time but I use Egg Beaters and no milk. I find that the egg substitute sets up better plus it comes in different flavors.
