    It is a basic salad, so it’s easy to enhance. As well as peas, I added corn, tuna and red onion. I also took a previous reviewer’s suggestion and used a little apple cider vinegar.

    This was my first attempt ever at making homemade pasta salad. It was only okay until I added some Italian dressing to the mixture. I will probably see what other versions of pasta salad are out there before making this one again.
