I added caramelized onions, shredded zucchini, spinach, Italian seasonings, and a small package of soft tofu along with 4 eggs. Then I chopped up some leftover spaghetti with sausage in it and stirred it all together. Made 2 pans - one for the freezer. Yup, it was a hit! Oh yeah, served it with garlic knots.

Delicious and super easy. Used roasted peppers, caramelized onions, tomatoes, smoked salmon and fresh rosemary. Will definitely put into rotation for spring and summer.

Used Spinach , broccoli , jalapeño, sun dried tomatoes and Cheddar cheese with a cajun seasoning .Delicious !

I liked how simple it was and easy to alter. I made it in two 4x4 squares for easier transport to work for my guy. I also lined the pans for clean up and the parchment made it moist throughout. It’s a keeper. Super simple and customizable.

We used roast chicken, mushroom and parmesan in this recipe. Next time we do steak, spinach and bell pepper. Easy and tasty are the words to describe this recipe

I added some browned Italian sweet sausage, red pepper and onion. Which I sautéed and added a few drops of Tabasco in with the beaten eggs. Added about 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar. It was easy, quick and delicious. Will certainly make again. Recipe adapts easily to whatever you may have in the fridge.

I added my own vegetables, but the base recipe is great. If you are adding extras, keep in mind that you may need to add a little more milk
