The original recepie seemed too bland, so I added red and green bell peppers, jalapeño peppers, salt and pepper.

The biscuits didn't quite line the pan, I might need to cut them up next time.

Easy to make and perfect for a Sunday lunch while watching football. I quartered the biscuits and added extra bbq sauce (Baby Rays). Yum!

My family and I loooved this dish! I followed some of the suggestions I read here and in other recipe sites - I drained the grease before pouring in the barbecue sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce) and mixing in the cheese. I also pre-cooked the biscuits for just 7 minutes (a minute under the minimum baking time), sliced them in half, layered the bottom of the pre-greased baking dish with the bottom halves of the biscuits, put the cooked meat in, put the top halves of the biscuits on top, and covered everything in cheese shreds. My family said it was great, one of my kids who rarely goes for seconds went for a third! Will definitely make this again. Thank you!!

Very good. Only thing I would change is before putting the onion in I would drain the grease off the meat. Tasty

This was very easy to make, but it was a bit plain. I'm planning on adding some spice like paprika or cajun spice next time to give it a bit more flavour
