Turned out very well! Nice blend of flavors and the cabernet really took the gravy to the next level.

I was very pleased with the way this turned out. I usually braise my sausages on the stovetop with beer but cooking in the oven was a pleasant surprise. Kids didn’t care for the gravy, but that’s ok because I did!

This was an easy, awesome dish. Bangaers an mash has always been a favorite and the addition of the onion gravy took this over the top. I did a roasted garlic, infused cream in the potatoes rather than straight milk.
