These are now a family favourite. They turned out extremely tasty. I did substitute butter with a smaller amount of oil. I also did not use brown sugar.

This was good I had to add an extra egg because it was too dry the muffins taste great though!

A little bland and a bit dry even after I put and extra banana in. Overall not a bad recipe but probably won’t be making again.

I have made this a few times now it's beautiful. Great for breakfast or a snack.
I have tried a couple of different variations, Banana/White choc chips, Banana/Milk choc chips and Banana/Shredded Coconut. It is really easy to add things too maybe even some berries next time!

Used 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce instead of butter. Although I cut the fat there, I did sprinkle a few mini chocolate chips on top! Also used whole wheat flour, not white. We all enjoyed them.

it was amazing! i would definitely recommend walnuts added to it. i also disnt have enough flour so i used 1/3 cup of all purpose wite flour and 1 1/6 cup of bisquick and didnt add in the baking powder. I didnt think it would turn out good but it did!

So amazing! I threw in frozen blueberries which stretched out the batter to 12 muffins. Sprinkled brown sugar on top before baking and they are perfection!

Turned out delicious, even added some mini choco chips to some of the muffins!

These turned out excellent! I doubled the recipe as I had 5 ripe bananas to use, but I was about 1/2 cup short on banana when I measured, so I substituted applesauce for the remaining banana. I also used half cinnamon and half cardamom for a slightly different flavor profile. This recipe made about 2 dozen regular sized muffins. I made some plain, but also folded in blueberries on some, and chocolate chips in others. All three flavors turned out great!
