So yummy! I used only 1/3 c sugar (organic cane sugar) for the bread and only 1/4 c of confectioners sugar for the frosting. It was still very sweet, I would probably cut the sugar down even more next time. I made mine GF so I replaced the flour with bobs all purpose. Great texture and flavor.

I tried this recipe, and it was soooo good my family ate it all in one day. All i did was add 3 bananas instead of two, 2 eggs instead of one (I love to tweak). Other than that, I highly recommend this recipe.

Very good. I substituted nonfat greek yogurt for the sour cream but otherwise followed exactly. Soft and moist cake/bread.

Yummy...the frosting is really good but you only need a thin layer I put too much frosting on. Less next time

Great! Husband loved it! This is my second cake. Only change was that I added 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. Will definitely make another one!

Used greek yogurt and it turned out slightly drier and bouncy. I also forgot to put vanilla extract but the cake still tastes good!

A simple and yummy cake. I did use yoghurt instead of sour cream because I had not sour cream in my fridge. My partner and work colleagues devoured it!

So good and moist. I actually did recipe with Bob's Red Mill 3/4 cup gluten free flour + 1/4 cup buckwheat flour, 1/3 cup coconut sugar, without frosting and it is absolutely top notch!
