It was delicious and healthy. I had to try it because of the whole wheat flour. I will try it with maple syrup next time.

Delicious!! I only had coconut-almond milk available but it worked out just fine. There also doesn’t seem to be a link for the recipe anymore. All I did was mix the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls then combine the dry with the wet. Pour it into a greased (I used coconut oil) bread pan and put it in a 350 degree oven and let it cook for quite a while, probably around an hour. I just kept watching it.

I did it today, but I put it less honey and added some dark chocolat. Easy and healthy! Thanks!

Delicious! I was going to use my old standby recipe for banana bread, but realized I was out of shortening. So glad I found this recipe which doesn't use any shortening or butter. Makes me feel good about eating it.
