turned out great. used granulated instead of raw for the topping and margarine instead of butter in the mix but it still turned out great. I even messed up the ordering, but I wish the measurements were in the recipe directions. that probably would've prevented my mistake.

So glad I chose this recipe out of all the others to choose from. It was delicious and I only used 1/2 cup of granulated sugar and it was plenty sweet enough. 😋

Awesome! Light, fluffy and very moist. It is delicious and easy to make too. This is now going to be my go to banana bread recipe. As usual I used less than half the sugar and I loved it.
It turned out great although I will add some spice to it next time and maybe some nuts

i love the recipe but i always add at least a 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon of allspice and 1/8 teaspoon of cloves and a handful or 2 of walnuts. the other thing ive done is instead of putting the spices straight in make it into a swirl with a bit of butter and brown sugar after all the ingredients have been folded together

Great. Definitely make a swirl from butter, brown sugar and cinnamon, and barely fold it in at the very end. I also put 1 tbsp cinnamon in the dry ingredients.

I have used this recipe for years (passed down from my grandma)! I will use sour cream and vanilla yogurt interchangeably, however, I decrease the amount of sugar to 1/2 cup and omit vanilla when using yogurt. Also, I bake in muffin cups instead of loaf pan reducing the cooking time to 20 minutes.

Turned out awesome. Added chopped pecans and chocolate chips. I’ve made it twice now. Didn’t have sour cream, so I used buttermilk. Turned out beautifully!!
