My new go to for banana bread tastes great easy to put together

I used oil instead of butter and added a half cup of toasted, chopped pecans and a half cup of chocolate chips. I reduced the sugar by a smidge and I threw in a pinch of cinnamon for a kick. It came out delicious and very moist…even at the ends. Love that I could make this in one bowl and mix it all up with a wooden spoon. Easy to make, easy clean up and yummy. It’s a keeper!

This was a little bit on the dry side for me. I prefer recipes that require coconut or olive oil. I did add walnuts and chocolate chips.

Loved this! I’ve made it several times for my mom and grandparents because they love it so much! I added 1 tsp of almond extract, used vegan butter, and used ~1/3 cup honey powder instead of sugar. Thanks for this recipe!

Fantastic simple and easy to adjust - I have been adjusting the flour to be 1c regular flour and 1/4 c hemp hearts 1/4 c flax or almond flour. Also swapped white sugar for brown + localhoney. And occasionally add 1/2 c of pecans.

Pretty good. Batter comes out medium thick. I would like it a little more moist.

This is the recipe I always use. It's moist and very tasty. I generally make 2 loaves at a time because this family of 4 devours them in about 3 days. Try toasted with a tad of butter. Yummy!!
