    Great and simple recipe! I just added 1 tsp vanilla, 1/4 c walnuts, 1/4 c flaxseed meal. Adjusted brown sugar to 1/2 c and flour to a little less than 2 c.

    very good!! took a bit longer to cook, so towards the end i sliced the loaf in the middle and it seemed to cook much faster. i also added a little almond extract. huge hit!

    It was very easy to make and was very good. I added some other ingredients like vanilla flavoring and walnuts. Overall a very easy recipe and the Banana bread turned good.

    This was really good. My tweaks: 1-2 tsp of vanilla and more cinnamon. I also needed more than 60 min to bake like a few of you did. (Maybe our loaf pans are a smidge too small)? Anyhoo, I turned my oven down to 300 for about 10 minutes then I turned it off and let it sit, checking for “done-ness” every 1-2 minutes. So maybe it was in the oven for an add’l 12-15 min. Can exactly recall. Next time, I will just turn it off completely after an hour and check periodically. Hope this helps. I kept it in the fridge and after a few days, I made French toast with it and topped it with farm preserves. No need to add anything to the mix but extra cinnamon; absolutely wonderful!!

    I have made this recipe tons. It’s easier for me in muffin form to get the right amount of baking needed, not overdone and not raw. I like that it all goes in one bowl. Not the two bowl mixing.

    60 min wasn’t enough cook time. Everytime I try the recipe I either undercook it by taking it out at 60 min or over cook by leaving it in 15 min longer. So its always too moist or too dry. I have cooked this now about 6 times, and everytime its wrong

    Makes perfect little loads I my mini loaf pan, very delicious but I hope others have more patience and control than I do lol I really burnt my mouth because they smelled too good I had to taste before they were cooled 😋 I couldn’t wait but it was worth it lol

    I’ve never made banana bread before, but this was really easy! Very moist and smells amazing. I baked it for my grandfather, and he really enjoyed it!
