I added 1 tsp of Mexican vanilla, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and a cup of chopped walnuts and voila… Got lots of raves at bible study..

It’s great! I also tried putting it in muffin tins and baked for a half hour I believe, and it is SO yummy. Also recommend putting a swirl of peanut butter on top 😍

I put in 1/2 cup of pecans. It tasted great but it was not enough for two loaf pans. I had two two inch tall loaves.

This is by far one of my favorite banana bread recipes. It’s super simple and delicious. I use about 3/4 a cup of brown sugar instead of a full cup because I use ripe bananas that are already super sweet. Overall great recipe!

Very good banana bread. It’s not dry or not too wet. However, I do think the sugar over powers the flavour of the bananas and it is slightly too sweet for my liking. I put 180g of white sugar and 5g of vanilla sugar, it’s my first time making banana bread so I didn’t want to add too little sugar incase it came out unsweet. I also only baked this baby for 50 minutes rather than an hour as I saw it burning up on the edges of my tin.
I’d give it 3.5/5

This is so good! Not too sweet and very easy to make. I cooked it 15 min more than the recommended time and it was perfect. Crispy top!
