Awesome! It was so moist with the tops crusty just the way I like it. I did use nonfat Greek yogurt in place of the buttermilk!

I cut back on the sugar and used greek yoghurt instead of buttermilk. It turned out great!

Wonderful! Made my own buttermilk and scooped it all into muffin tins. It took about 28 minutes. Very crunchy on the outside so cover with foil while still warm.

Delicious recipe! Just added a little bit less of the sugar and used greek yogurt instead of buttermilk, i also added some chocolate chips and it turned out great! really good and moist! I loved it

Great recipe! Although I already had yummy recipes for banana bread, I decided to try this one as well; so glad I did!! This bread is very moist, has great texture and a crispy crust on the outside, which sets it apart from the others. I normally don’t like the end piece, but the end piece on this bread is insanely delicious!! I made this for poll workers on Election Day and it was a hit!! This is my 3rd time making this bread.

So good! I used 4 bananas and a half stick of butter (would be willing to try with a little more butter). Loved this recipe!!

It turned out really good. I replaced the buttermilk for applesauce & also added 1/4 cup of almond milk. The results were great - moist and very delicious. And by the way, I skipped the eggs. I’ll definitely will make this again!
