Turned out great! I had to adjust some of the ingredients to fit what I had in my pantry, but it still turned out wonderfully!

Used it on pork chops, but I seared them for 1 minute on each side (my chops were thinner) and then laid them in a pyrex dish on top of leeks and sage, then convection baked them at 275F for 35 minutes. They were perfect, and juicy when they came out.
If I had thicker chops, I'd have seared them for longer, and adjusted the convection time accordingly.

This marinade was even more tasty than I anticipated. It sounded great but I was a bit concerned when I saw the color and consistency when taking the chops out and putting them on the grill as they didn’t look particularly appetizing. However, turned out great and my husband told me to save the recipe as he wants it again soon!
