    A little too thick for my taste, but everybody else seems to love it. It’s quite easy to make & could be frozen and baked quickly. Needed to adjust the temperature and time in the oven the first time, eyeballing the cookies every 5 minutes to ensure they’re not overdone, but the result is worth it as they’re gone within a day of baking

    Refrigerated the dough for 24hrs as instructed and the cookies were really good. They were flavourful and amazing in every way. Got voted as the best recipe by family

    Very delicious followed recipe exactly and used a 3 tbs ice cream scoop and made the perfect size soft chewy cookies. Will make over and over again.
