The whole egg, with milk added seems to make the breadcrumbs stick better on Zuchinni .....plus parchment preheated on cookie sheet. Preheated helps the bottom to become better browned..while the top is doing the same thing.....Doing things the Italian way seem to be always a better choice........NO, I am not Italian, but learned from them.....Eggplant, etc., works the same way......saves you from eating greasy foods.

So so. Egg didn’t stick nicely to the zucchini making the breading spotty the flavor is bland even with seasoned breadcrumbs and added spices. Definitely need to change the recipe up a bit

Really good but not great. I think next time I will add more seasoning to the breadcrumb mix. Maybe some Italian seasoning, garlic powder, celery salt/powder (if I have it), a pinch of chia seeds... I think you can make it a 5 star recipe if you tweark it a little to your liking..... A totally different spin would be to use breadcrumbs/ panko, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, chili flakes. Served it with Spaghetti & (turkey) meatballs and it was delicious mixing the two.

Turned out really well! I made on serving for myself and will be using the rest later in the week. Served it with ranch and it was delicious

very nice, did some mushrooms as well, I used panko so even tho the breading was very good, i think thr spices did not stick quite well, but, I'll make sure to season more and then put some panko there

Great! I would add a little garlic next time. Also used Panko crumbs instead of bread crumbs.

It was fine, tasted under seasoned and I ended up adding like, 10 minutes of cook time

I should’ve used Panko crumbs for crunchiness flavor was okay, texture was lacking

I just made them with the ingredients that you listed except the garlic powder, didn’t have any on hand but they came out great! Dipped in spicy ranch dressing, yummy

Whoa. Okay baked zucchini! You're delicious!
I am not a fan of zucchini. Raw, boiled, however...it has such a bland flavor.
But this recipe? Writing this review is taking forever because I can't stop eating them lol

It came out so delicious added the additional 5minutes. However make sure to keep the slices at the least 1/4 of an inch as instructed to maintain a crunch

SO GOOD AND SATISFYING! This is my go to snack now. I had them dipped in a little ranch dressing, but they are great plain too!

Turned out good. Had to sub corn flake crumbs for the bread crumbs, and added Cajun seasoning. Baked about 20 minutes until very crispy.

It was pretty good but I had to cook it for about twenty minutes for it to come out right and somehow it was still soggy after all the cooking.
