I love anything pasta and cheese and this dish fits the bill! Because I never follow directions to the T, I embellished the dish a bit due to not having all the ingredients and substituting for what I had; cassava flour for regular flour, half heavy whipping cream and goat milk. I grated smoked mozzarella and used a mix of some with gruyere and goat milk romano cheese. I sprinkled some smoked paprika on top. AMAZING!

This was good. A little bland. I added some fresh parsley and extra Parmesan to give it a little more flavor.

Delicious! I added chicken, and it worked just as well as it would've otherwise. Add the flour to the butter slowly, and maybe even add some of the milk in between tablespoons of the flour. This prevents it from clumping up like it did on me the first time.
