    It was easy, I definitely added way more than 2 tablespoons of salt to the water before adding the pasta because I measure with *love* haha. The reason for two stars though was because it was sooooooooooooooooooo dry. Definitely need to double up on the sauce to give it the moist texture that is suppose to happen.

    I didn’t use exact amounts because you can play around with quantities to taste. You can’t get it wrong with cheese cheese and cheese. A hit with the teens

    My family loved it, I made two pans and had no left overs. My family doesn’t like ricotta so I added a Tbs of cream cheese to the sauce, and it was delicious
