    Excellent recipe, made some changes. No egg whites or cheese but still came out great.

    Awesome. Any veggies seem to work. I especially like diced tomatoes. They make the frittata taste more like pizza!

    My husband loves it. I altered some ingredients but the concept is the same. I didn't have asparagus so I used broccoli. omitted the mushrooms and used parmigiano reggiano cheese instead of the parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
