    I did a test in a conventional oven. 20 mins at 400F with 2 sheets of these potatoes, one on the top rack and one of the lower rack. In the end, the lower rack sheet was borderline burnt/crispy but yet the top rack sheet was just short of crispy.

    Simple to do, very tasty. I wouldn't add salt the second time but it needs it the first time. The resting stage is not to be missed, it does a lot to crisp things up.
