    It's not terrible. It did felt a bit dry and i didn't use the bacon (not a big fan). So to get the best out of it, I'll get a plate of the Baked Potato Casserole and add more sour cream with butter

    Very dry and bland - I used 6 potatoes instead of 8 and twice as much sour cream. Still it came out very dry. I salvaged it by adding a large dollop of sour cream after re-heating each serving and putting a few teaspoons of Trader Joe’s chili onion crunch on top - then it’s edible

    Perfect. A bit dry but you can add butter or sour cream after.

    This recipe was good. I used yellow potatoes as they are more moist. I did not use the green onion I thought it might have been to much onion as I already had added in one whole onion. Next time I would do half red onion and do green onion aswell. I also added an extra 1/4 cup of sour cream because other reviewers said theirs was dry.

    Delicious! Added a little extra sour cream, left out the onions but garnished with a heavy dose of green onions! Tasted just like the best baked potato

    It was okay. I thought I would taste the sour cream, I still had to add sour cream when we ate it. I thought the potatoes were dry, and it had an overpowering taste of onion. I won’t make this recipe again.

    This dish was EVERYTHING!!! My boyfriend hates sour cream so i put ricotta cheese in it too. He ate every bit of it!

    Delicious I cooked my potatoes in microwave and fried the bacon in the meantime then once I chunked the potatoes I put them in skillet with the bacon grease onions and fried them for a bit then I added rest of ingredients and transferred it to a baking dish and baked for 39 minutes

    Made this for my stepson and his partner and they loved it. Halved the recipe and added cream of chicken soup. Turned out really well.
