    I was nervous about the Mayo, but everyone liked them at the church luncheon. I used one cup of Mayo. I think I could have used the full 5lb bag of potatoes, but I just used 10 potatoes, which left four small potatoes in the bag. I had precooked sliced bacon, which I used instead of bacon bits, and I didn’t have green onions so I sprinkled parsley on top. Easy recipe with lots of options, great flavor and texture to the potatoes. Will make again!!

    Gone in 5 minutes ! I can’t believe how fast this dish is to prepare and how fast it disappears! Everyone really liked it ALOT ! Felt good to bring the best dish hahah

    My entire family loved this. I subbed out velveeta for Cheez Whiz & some of the potatoes for rutabaga.

    I love this recipe It is simple to make and everyone likes it I use an electric pressure cooker to precook the potatoes. This speeds things up. I make this at all my family get togethers

    This was my favorite recipe by far! My whole family absolutely LOVED it! Even my kids, who we all know can be VERY picky!
