Good! I used too much vinegar but it was still good, my mom who’s a picky eater loved it

The mushrooms turned out very good. I think I would have liked it better if I had made more vegetables to accompany it.

Absolutely heavenly! Topped it with some chooped parsley and ate it on a bed of mashed potatoes and red radish.

the balsamic vinegar was a little too much for me, next time I'll use less.. but overall good and easy
