    This is a great recipe. I’ve made it quite a few times now- I would recommend mixing everything together apart from the eggs and baking powder (save those for last) and let it sit for a bit first. I found it give a softer texture

    I made these muffins in cupcake liners and the liners got stuck to the muffins. These muffins are delicious! Next time I will not be using cupcake liners. I will put them directly into the muffin tray. Is there a way to lower the calories but not sacrifice the taste for this recipe?

    I love love love this recipe.. I doubled it and did 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 cup coconut... wow my grandsons were in heaven !! Making and freezing .. my 2nd daughter is pregnant and can eat and not get sick!! Thank you for this share
