A great way to spruce up some white fish. Having good fresh haddock helps of course, and the paprika gives it a bit of a roasted look. Already made it a few times.

Used both haddock and basa. The basa needed more salt than I used, as the fillet was heavier than the haddock. Otherwise it was enjoyed by all. Made the rice pilaf as the side, along with baby peas prepared French style.

It was great and easy. Cooked at 500 degrees for 13 minutes as I usually do for haddock to keep it moist. Used the top rack and roasted asparagus on the next rack for the same amount of time.

OMG. This turned out great. First of all I'm hit or miss at preparing fish dishes. But this was simple and so delicious.
