Decent recipe but did not feel it was amazing. May try again with some adjustments.

We loved this recipe. My chops were very thick, so I had to add quite a bit of cooking time, but I just kept testing the temp till they reached 145 degrees. The simple prep/seasoning was just right. The light coverage w foil during cooking is key. I roasted potato/onion chunks (uncovered) on the same pan and it all made for a great meal.

Excellent! Didn’t change a thing. A restaurant close by makes a chop that taste along the same. I would put this one ahead. I’m making it now, as I post this.

Pork chops were tender and juicy. I put them in the recommended brine first and then followed the recipe. Will definitely make this again.

I was so good. I made it with broccoli rice and French green beans. I didn’t have enough salt so I added a pinch of seasoning salt and didn’t have foil but it didn’t hurt it much.

Really simple and easy. The boyfriend loved them! He does like a lot of pepper so the spices were just right. I prefer my meats more well done but otherwise it was a hit for supper!

It turned out absolutely amazing!!! They are the best pork chops I’ve ever had and I can’t believe that I was the one to cook them 😂 next time I’m going to try adding some veggies to cook in there with them. Will definitely be making this again

It was too salty, half the amount of salt would’ve probably been enough

Very good! Quick and easy. My husband doesn’t care for pork because it can be dry. These were very juicy and tender. He ate them up!

Turned out great! I will be making this again for sure. I used less salt & next time maybe less paprika,as it was a bit spicy.

We cubed our pork and added a little extra seasoning. It turned out amazing! So simple but very flavorful pairs very well with rice.
