Great recipe I used a bunch of Hawaiian bread rolls, some leftover deli ham, cooked mushrooms and onions and whatever cheese was in the fridge. This makes it easier for a go-to breakfast on days I don’t wanna cook & makes plenty to share.

I added some sausage and bell peppers to ours, turned out great. Big hit on Thanksgiving morning!

I liked the texture, but it seemed a bit bland. Maybe a spicier cheese or a sausage would have given it more flavor?

So good! Everyone loved it! I used sliced, cooked red potatoes instead of bread. Other than that, I followed the recipe.
