    I used the French Chef's pie crust recipe - WAY better than frozen! And this quiche is yummy! I'd say it's more of a winter brunch dish than a summer one, but it's all gone!

    Fantastic! A huge hit. It was a little salty, but we added extra bacon so it was our own fault.

    In a word - Delicious!! Easy to make and well worth the cook time. You could add spinach or mushrooms if you like a little 'extra', but it's really good just like it is.

    i used back bacon instead of strip bacon and didnt have whole milk so used 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup regular milk but it still turned out AMAZING for my first quiche!
