Turned out perfectly. I added some additional seasonings for taste and left it in a little longer for that extra roasted/toasted effect, but the bacon to Brussels Sprouts ratio is perfect.

I dont believe bacon makes everything better but in this case it does. This will now be in my veggie rotation.

I had never tried brussel sprouts before. I thought these were good. My husband had eaten them in the past and said these were much better than ones he'd had before. He likes them even better than the meat that was served!

This was absolutely delicious and so simple to make. I had to cook them a little longer as the brussel sprouts weren't soft.

SO good! I used the bacon grease instead of olive oil. I also waited til the end to add the chopped bacon back in.

This turned out very nice. I added carrots and about 5 extra minutes of cook time for slight char.
