Terrific! The basic recipe is wonderful & can be added to in so many ways! Put whatever veggies & herbs your meal calls for. Cilantro & jalapeños for Mexican or a bit of soy & rice vinegar and ginger for Chinese. Add protein & make an entire meal. Infinitely adaptable recipe!

Omg!!! so delish!! add spinach, cut up ino small pieces, stir...oh and use whole wheat or veggie pasta. Healthy eating👍💗 Thanks Yummly😊

The family loved this! We added leftover roasted veggies and fresh tomatoes. It will be eaten again.
