Super easy. I didn’t have much time as this was a last minute addition to our meal so I subbed the onion and fresh garlic for onion and garlic powder. Also added a little salt as I used half beef half Turkey. Very flavorful and super eas. My husband makes very sophisticated meatballs and he loved them. Will definitely make again.

Fantastic recipe!! I made them for a big family dinner and everyone raved about them. I played around with adding fresh bell and jalapeño peppers. To do so required me to add both more breadcrumbs and eggs. Five minutes before they were done, I brushed them with olive oil for a crisp outer. When I pulled them from the oven, I glazed them lightly with bbq sauce.
