    Delicious and simple and fresh! My only addition was more lime juice. I paired it with some grilled chicken breast. Great summer meal

    I love regular gazpacho and was intrigued by the use of Avocados in this recipe. Easy and quick to make, the flavors worked great together and the presentation with the watermelon radish make this recipe a winner.
