    Turned out great! Used chicken tenderloins seasoned with cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Added Mexican cheese. Delicious, will definitely do again. Next time, will add quinoa.

    Delicious, tasty & wonderful. I added more seasoning to my shredded chicken favorite is a little of curry seasoning adds a kick of spice to the flavors. Will definitely make this again. I made this into a taco filling. Great taco night!

    This was a quick and delicious dish. I added bacon and black beans. Sprinkled with feta cheese Some of us had it in a wrap, others just ate it with a fork. I will definitely make this again.

    Wonderful! I make large batches for lunch for the week without the avocado, then add it daily so it doesn't get brown through the week.

    it was so good, i used rotisserie chicken i shredded and i didnt have fresh cilantro or dill so i used dry dill. I make this all the time on a wrap, sooooo good
