made this tonight with some chicken as the main course, it was really good, not really Mexican flavored more Italian, for me it was because of the oregano ,the only down side is the bottom was burnt, im not sure if it was the heat or something else but still a pretty good rice

I made it with better than bouillon instead of the cube. Very easy and very delicious. Will definitely make again.

I cooked this in my pressure cooker on the rice setting, I just did a 1 to 1 ratio of 1 cup rice, 1 cup water. Also added a small can of diced chili’s. Turned out great!

Easy and delicious. Will make again and again. Double recipe for family of four or for seconds and leftovers.

Loved this!! On my first try it was a big hit! I chose diced tomatoes and it turned out great!

A bit much tomatoe for me, but still was good. Will probably search for a different recipe.

Easy to make and tasted amazing, it was the perfect side for home made pork chilie verde.

My family loved it, and they can be picky eaters. However, I would double the recipe as the one cup of rice only fed my family of three...with no leftovers, which is not good in my house!!!

Very very delicious! 👍👍👍 First time we had mex rice! I added salsa in rice, that made it even better!

I enjoyed marking it and taste testing afterwards. Instead of mixing the dried cilantro during the cooking process, I sprinkled the cilantro in afterwards mixing it in. The reason I gave 4-stars is for the slight dark burnt rice. I didn't think it was bad but someone may not like the taste. I will lower the burner 3/4 less than 1/2 and then the rice mixture should not be burnt. I say to everyone Bon Appétit 🍧
