  • 1 cup purple cabbage (shredded)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 cucumber (peeled, seeded & chopped)
  • 1 carrot (shredded)
  • 1 orange segmented (or 2 small oranges)
  • 1 Tbsp. almonds (chopped)
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
