i used thin spaghetti noodles and cut up some steak for the protein since that’s what i had on hand. didn’t have sambal oelek so used sriracha. turned out tasty

Doubled the noodles and sauce, turned out very tasty with just the right amount of heat for someone like me who can’t take too much spice

Amazing!!! 13 year old even loved it! he had an allergic reaction to the shrimp and kept eating! After the Benadryl of course

It was definitely not bad, but it lacked something for me. I will make again and use a little less ginger and maybe add some onion flakes to the sauce to give it that extra something

I love this dish I used it without most of the veggies and protein just for a noodle dish. It was pretty kid friendly and a hit at the BBQ.
