    Really good!!! I substituted the butter for plant based butter and I used rye flour. Great way to satisfy my craving, while eating healthy.

    Making this again this week! Super moist and delicious. I used coconut oil and kept everything else the same. The muffins were just the perfect amount of sweetness, and did not feel heavy but light and filling. Was super quick to make. Will definitely be making this plenty of times.
